Club offices are on the 1st floor of the Blue PW Marine Building at Seacrest Group’s offices at the top of Woodbourne Road. The entrance steps are opposite the BAA grounds. If you need to leave forms, fees etc. Place in an envelope clearly labeled with your child’s name, age group and program. You may hand into Kerry Graham between 9am and 3pm.
- Email is the main form of communication utilized by The Club. It is vital that you provide a functioning and readily used email address for all Club communication. The Club also welcomes all dialogue including positive feedback and constructive criticism.
- Club Administrator will provide information on all items impacting the Club in its entirety or any part thereof.
- Team manager will address all aspects that pertain to their assigned team only.
- Coach Director for age group will oversee matters that pertain to his/her assigned age group. He/she will communicate with the Coaches of their division.

- Contact Club administrator if team manager and/or Coach Director unable to assist
- It is the responsibility of parents to update the Saltus Demosphere with any changes of email addresses during the season not the Club Administrator.
