All of our coaching staff are required to enroll and successfully complete the UEFA Equivalent C License under the Bermuda Football Coaches Association (BFCA). UEFA Equivalent C License program commences every year in May and is delivered in two parts, the second in September, under the instruction and oversight of our partner Mr. Jacques Crevoisier from a syllabus designed specifically for Bermuda.
This 40 hour course delivered by BFCA in cooperation with the Bermuda Football Association (BFA) provides the main principles of coaching – organizing and effectively running group sessions, developing age specific training, analyzing training sessions and matches. The course was designed using UEFA Licensing standards to create a Bermuda certification and standard.
Those coaches who’s performance and results are deemed outstanding could be considered for further development within the UEFA program, with our partners, at the Scottish FA Coach Education or TNGS in Spain.
