Waiver

I agree and understand that the Bermuda Football Coaches Association (BFCA), and any other entity or organization which provides the facility and equipment for this course, are not liable in respect of loss or damage for any injury, illness or other conditions arising out of my participation in the C License. I hereby release, waive and forever discharge BFCA and any other entity or organization from any and all claims which may be made by me or on my behalf during my participation in the C License Course.
